Disease Management / Digital Therapeutics

1 | Biolinq Announces Close of $100M Series C Financing to Advance Its Biowearable Platform for Intradermal Glucose Sensor

Biolinq has raised $100 million in Series C funding to advance regulatory approval and commercialization of its first-in-class intradermal glucose sensor. Designed for non-insulin users with Type 2 diabetes, the device continuously monitors glucose just beneath the skin and incorporates activity and sleep data for a more comprehensive view of metabolic health. Featuring a real-time color indicator, the sensor aims to improve accessibility and engagement, while being one of the smallest biosensors on the market.

2 | Click Therapeutics Announces FDA Marketing Authorization for the First Prescription Digital Therapeutic for the Preventive Treatment of Migraines in the U.S.

Click Therapeutics has received FDA marketing authorization for CT-132, the first prescription digital therapeutic for the preventive treatment of episodic migraine. Approved via the De Novo pathway, CT-132 is intended for adjunctive use with existing acute and preventive migraine treatments in adults. Delivered through a mobile app, CT-132 is a 12-week intervention that integrates multiple evidence-based behavioral techniques, including elements of cognitive behavioral therapy. This expands Click’s portfolio into neurology and marks its third therapeutic area.

3 | Reimagine Care Partners with MedStar Health to Deliver Seamless On-Demand Cancer Care in Maryland and Washington D.C.

Reimagine Care has partnered with MedStar Health to pilot an on-demand oncology care platform aimed at extending cancer treatment into patients’ homes. The initiative will integrate 24/7 remote care services, including symptom management, remote patient monitoring, and supportive care, into MedStar’s existing cancer care model. This technology-enabled approach seeks to improve patient outcomes, reduce emergency visits and hospitalizations, and enhance the overall patient experience by addressing care gaps and improving access—especially in underserved communities.

Informatics / Healthcare IT Solutions

1 | knownwell and LillyDirect Partner to Increase Access to Metabolic Care

Hybrid metabolic and primary care provider knownwell will be listed as a care provider on LillyDirect, Eli Lilly’s digital health platform, expanding its virtual access to patients across the U.S.. LillyDirect connects patients with conditions such as obesity and diabetes to in-person and virtual providers, educational content, and a digital pharmacy. The partnership will allow knownwell to offer personalized, insurance-integrated obesity care through telehealth, including clinical support, coaching, and medication management. This move builds on knownwell’s recent growth, including its acquisition of AI-enabled metabolic health platform Alfie Health and its expansion into multiple brick-and-mortar clinics.

2 | Collective Health and Noom Partner to Offer Weight Management Solution

Collective Health and Noom Health have launched a joint digital health solution to provide employer clients with a comprehensive weight management program that integrates access to GLP-1 medications. The partnership combines Noom’s digital platform and clinical oversight with Collective Health’s benefits infrastructure and care navigation to streamline member access, reduce treatment costs, and enhance long-term wellness. By eliminating traditional intermediaries and enabling adaptive cost-sharing and direct medication fulfillment, the program aims to provide a scalable model for managing the rising demand for anti-obesity therapies.

Women’s Health / Femtech

1 | UnitedHealth Foundation awards $7M in maternal health grants

The United Health Foundation is awarding over $7 million in grants to expand maternal and infant healthcare access, with a focus on digital and community-based solutions in underserved areas. The funding supports programs that enhance prenatal and postpartum care, address substance use in pregnancy, and scale doula services across Georgia, Michigan, New Mexico, and Wisconsin. These initiatives respond to alarming disparities highlighted in national health reports, including rising maternal mortality and persistent infant mortality rates. Several grantees, including health systems and nonprofits, are leveraging digital tools and coordinated care models to improve outcomes and address systemic gaps in maternal health.

2 | Willow and Elvie Unite to Advance the Innovation in Maternal Health

Willow, a digital health company focused on maternal care, has acquired femtech firm Elvie to expand their combined portfolio of smart, app-connected devices supporting breastfeeding, pelvic health, and infant care. Both companies have developed wearable breast pumps and digital tools that integrate with mobile apps to offer real-time support and insights for women’s health. The acquisition follows Willow’s recent digital health initiatives, including the launch of Ema, an AI-driven maternal health assistant, and a broader retail push with Target. This consolidation reflects growing momentum in femtech to scale connected health solutions for motherhood through integrated platforms and data-enabled devices.
